Achara Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Chhattisgarh, India. We occasionally offer merchandise, event materials, or informational items to supporters. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver such items.

Availability of Products
Not all donations or payments involve physical items. Merchandise or materials will be shipped only when clearly mentioned at the time of contribution or purchase.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 3 to 7 working days after confirmation. Processing may take longer during high-activity periods, events, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Method
Items are shipped through standard courier services or India Post, depending on availability and destination. Tracking information will be shared whenever possible.

Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. Most orders within India are delivered within 7 to 14 working days from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to courier issues, remote locations, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges
If any shipping fee applies, it will be clearly mentioned before the final payment. Many of our items are sent as part of charitable initiatives and may not involve additional charges.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Achara Foundation is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear addresses provided by the donor or purchaser. If an item returns due to such an issue, reshipping may require additional charges.

Damage or Loss in Transit
If an item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeline, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will try to resolve the issue based on courier guidelines and availability of stock.

International Shipping
At present, Achara Foundation does not offer international shipping unless specifically mentioned for a particular campaign or product.
