Cancellation and Refund Policy

Achara Foundation is a registered non-profit organization based in Chhattisgarh, India. We appreciate every donor who contributes to our work in education, women empowerment, health, and the environment. Your support helps us create meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

All donations and payments made through our website are considered final. However, we understand that errors may sometimes occur, and we aim to assist donors wherever possible.

1. Donations and Payments
   All donations made through the website are non-refundable. Donations are generally put to use immediately for our ongoing projects. Therefore, cancellations after a successful donation are usually not possible.

2. Cancellation Policy
   If a donation was made unintentionally, duplicated, or due to a technical error, the donor must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction. Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for cancellation.

3. Refund Policy
   Refunds may be issued only under the following situations:

• The payment was made due to a technical error.

• The payment was charged more than once.

• The transaction was unauthorized.

• A donation was made by mistake and a written request is submitted within 48 hours.

All refunds are processed through the original method of payment and may take 7–10 working days to reflect. Approval of refund requests is at the discretion of the management of Achara Foundation and will be granted only after necessary verification.

4. Event or Merchandise Payments
   If payments are made for events, training programs, or merchandise, any separate refund rules mentioned for that specific activity will apply. Payments made after the event or after continued use of the service will not be eligible for refunds.
